The Client will be provided with access to the "Closer University" digital course, the "Closer University" community on Discord, 3 weekly online group coaching, certificate for the program once completed, and daily 1-to-1 support.

Client agrees to the following terms for delivery and review of materials.

A. Provide any required information as needed for maximum effectiveness in receiving the Services.

B. Perform any “Action Items” listed in the Road-Map delivered by the Success Coach.

C. After 30 days of no contact from Client to The Company, The company will assume Client is no longer in need of The Company’s services, and The Company may terminate the Agreement; in this event, all unpaid fees will be due and collectible at the time of termination.

Consulting may include any of the following Services for the Client: (i) addressing personal struggles, business issues, or general conditions in the Client’s personal or professional life; (ii) value clarification; (iii) identifying plans of action; (iv) examining modes of operation in Client’s life; (v) asking clarifying questions; and (vi) making empowering requests or suggestions for action to Client (collectively, the “Services”) as part of these Services. The Client agrees that successful coaching Services will require a collaborative approach between Coach and Client. The Client further agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to enact or bring about any changes or recommendations identified through the Services.

a. All disputes arising in connection with the present agreement, or further agreements resulting therefrom, shall be settled in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Institute Swiss Law for international arbitrations

Company agrees that all information received from Client in the course of Services will remain confidential, except when disclosure to a third party is compelled by law or deemed necessary by Company to avoid harm to Client or others.

Client releases Company from any liability for injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the Services. The client acknowledges that he or she is partaking in the Services at his or her own risk. Furthermore, Client agrees that he or she bears complete responsibility for the consequences of any action, or failure to act, whether or not suggested by the Company in the course of providing the Services.

This Agreement is the final, complete and exclusive Agreement of the Parties. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by each of the Parties.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Swiss Law for International Arbitrations; For any dispute between the Parties relating to the execution and interpretation of this Agreement, should it not be settled amicably, the Body of the International Arbitration Chamber in Geneva shall have exclusive and final jurisdiction.

Modifications

MBC GROUP LLC reserves the right to modify the coaching program schedule, content, or delivery method. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in advance, and efforts will be made to minimize any inconvenience.
